Refund Policy

We understand that life can change unexpectedly so here’s our cancellation policy in case life surprises you:

Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date (until November 4th, 2025) are refundable minus a US$50.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date (after November 4th, 2025) are non-refundable; however, you may provide a replacement participant.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date (after November 28th, 2025) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
