 A 16 days journey of exploring 5Rhythms map while living the adventure and discovering the wild and pure nature of Ladakhi Himalayas. This specialland is also called “The little Tibet.”

 An inspiring place not only because of their inmense and overwhelming beauty of Himalayan Mountains, but also because their special local people, and their ancient culture. A culture based on harmony and on liberation of the suffering for all beings. 

 A true inspiration of a pure and fullhearted comunity, which have dedicated tens of thousands of years in discovering how to keep a Silent Mind. To live life in peace, compassion and kindness. 

 We Will start our trip with a 5-day 5Rhythms Dancing retreat. First 2 days we will dance in a beautiful hotel in Leh (Ladakh main city), to have the oportunity to visit and meditate in some important monastery, and another 3 days in an amazing hotel with breathtaking vierws, located in a precious and small ladakhi village, starting to feel and to dive into the silent of the land. Also having some time to have small walks to enjoy the beauty of Hemischupatang town, monastery, water channels, valley and its astonishing surroundings. 

 After this welcoming 5Rhythm exploration, we will start to move visiting different villages, monasteries, and impressive valleys, heading towards Kargil, then crossing the splendid Suru Valley with its impressive glaciers and 7,000 m peaks, finnally entering the emblematic Zanskar Valley. The region hasplenty of now-covered mountainous, glacial rivers, deep gorges, and extremely rugged topography. The small population due to extreme weather conditions in winter live in small and isolated villages. Theri culture retain strong ties to Tibetan Buddhism and ancient traditions hosting numerous andhistoric monasteries. 

During all the trip we will stay overnight in some Ladakhi houses from small villages to gain insight and contact into their culture and people. We will meditate in centuries-old monasteries..We will walk in silence through unique landscapes, listening to the language of the mountains. Listening to the Silence and our Inner Peace. We will dance amidst nature, inspired by the incredible surroundings. Dancing and discovering the tresores of Himalayas. Riding the energy of your own unique spirit.
