the Fire in our wombs

the Water in our blood, sweat and tears

the Air in our lungs

the Ether of Spirit that connects us all.

We will explore how each element moves and shapes our bodies in the dance… then truly meet each element with a bespoke ritual & carefully curated adventure out in the wild.

We will move with the Earth under our feet, pray under the glow of a volcano, bathe in island waters, sing to the cliff winds & become still in ways your changing body deeply craves.

We will be experimenting with our bones instead of our beliefs ~ trusting these divine containers to guide us into the POWER & PURPOSE of Midlife

We will learn to listen

to these wondrous animal bodies that have been silenced by culture for far too long.

Receiving the healing elements that are always waiting for us to remember… That we BELONG.

Refund Policy

While life is unpredictable, planning a project of this size requires commitment from all parties involved. This policy is in place to honor the deep investment of time, resources and fixed costs that go into holding retreat space. (Partial Credit may be available for emergency circumstances TBD if necessary)

● 60+ days prior: 80% refund of total amount paid (excluding any payment processing fees)

● 45–59 days prior: 50% refund total amount paid (excluding any payment processing fees)

● 0–44 days prior: No refund due to fixed retreat costs unless we are able to fill your spot - then you will receive a partial refund of 35%

If we cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.

Thank you for understanding that these boundaries are our way of honoring the unseen work & expenses that makes this retreat possible. This policy reflects the time, cost, and preparation involved in holding this retreat. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the care behind our offering.

Because life can be unpredictable, we highly recommend purchasing CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
