A heartbeat workshop about allowing yourself to be who you are and the discovery of who you are not.

The beginning of spring is the ideal time to step out of the darkness. To show up with all that you bring. No matter it’s shows up as fear,anger, sadness or joy. All is welcome, All is a dance with the great mystery we call life.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
PRERREQUISITOS: Waves
