Boundless Waves is a weekly 5Rhythms® class in the heart of Berkeley, held by a rotating collective of 5Rhythms® teachers from across the Bay Area, each bringing their own depth, style, and years of devotion to this practice. What unites us is a shared trust in what becomes possible when people move together. Each Friday is like a treat with a particular flavor of the same delicious ice cream, as one dancer said. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
