In this space, I invite you to move through the 5Rhythms® with simple, accessible, and heart- centered guidance. Together we will explore the body and expression through the waves: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.It is a moving meditation where whatever you feel is welcome and given space. When the body moves, something begins to unlock, release, and transform.
An open space for all bodies and all levels of experience. A place to meet, move, and grow together through authenticity, presence, and connection.
No previous experience needed.
All bodies are welcome.
Iris Goncor is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
