DESCRIPCION

 5Rhythms® Emerging waves gently guided by Arisa LaFond, Teacher in Training, mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne and Karen Chapman. 

In this class we will move through the 5Rhythms, originated by Gabrielle Roth, with a warm up and a full wave to explore different body parts and freedom of expression and energy through our bodies. 

The music will bring us through a Wave: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This is a moving meditation. Movement and the music will take each individual on a moving journey, opening a space for personal introspection, medicine and embodied presence. 

This practice welcomes all body types, cultures, ages, and all levels of experience. Where there is dance, and the 5Rhythms, community forms, and we move, grow, and evolve together into more authenticity and truth of being. 

Here we can come into more curiosity, connection and belonging as we move through the emerging waves of life.
