We invite you to join us to transition into 2024, welcoming in the new year through the natural high of dance, spiced by moments of connectedness with other soulful party people.

We seek to create a powerful, beautiful and heartful event, with simple ceremony and dance. We’d love you to join us – it’s going to be full and juicy so book up early! 🙂 We’d love you to join us, and look forward very much to dancing with you.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
