DESCRIPCION
Cambsdance is an established community who organise regular dance meditation classes in Cambridge. I have been invited to teach their Friday evening open class regularly over the last 7years and will continue to do so during 2019.Do come along and join us if you're in town or nearby.NOTAS
Warm up from 6.45pm class from 7pm- 9pm; please aim to be on the dance floor by 7pm. Doors are locked after 7.15pm after which there is no entry. Prices: £12, £10 low income, £6 benefit.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
