SPECIAL GUEST TEACHER: Pauline Van Hezik

'Pauline van Hezik is a certified 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat teacher and trained together with her friends Cecile, Adi and Natalie. She is teaching in the south of the Netherlands and offers classes, workshops and retreats in dance and voice.

What she brings is holding the dynamic and still dance space where worlds can meet and something can move for you. She wishes to be a true witness to your dance, encourage your embodiment, touch your heart and offer some inspiration, honesty, playfulness, chaos and depth.

In daily life she lives and works in the worlds of dance, voice liberation, trauma healing and non profit consultancy. As a world bridger she is always creating new pathways to dance, teach and relate from. 

I have always been touched by Gabrielle Roth’s saying

'Bring your life to the dance floor, bring the dance floor to your life’.

This is a challenge for all of us… in the midst of… to be present, pure at heart, acting wisely.

We need our dance. For ourselves and our loved ones. For our worlds to bridge. For our worlds to change.

Welcome to join. No experience is needed -- We will practice the Art of being alive in the present moment, full of breath, curiosity and trust for what is waiting to unfold and be released thru our movements.  Only you can dance your dance!
