I am a multi-disciplinary movement workshop leader, Dharma and meditation teacher and behavioural money coach. I empower people to move beyond their limitations and habits and open them up to conscious and creative ways of embodied living. My teachings focus on money, movement, mindfulness and mystery. 

My compassionate and investigative nature encourages students to view life challenges and conflicting emotions as an opportunity for personal growth and somatic transformation. I have a passion for integrating the path of awakening through somatic expression, art and business.
