I'm a gritty, open hearted teacher who's been around the block enough times to know that true spirituality can be humbling and raw. I teach with a deep respect for discernment and boundaries, honouring the fact that people need to feel safe to feel free. I was trained by my beloved teacher, friend & Spirit Mama Gabrielle Roth back in 2004 & she still has my back every time I teach. With the help of fluid guidance and cutting edge music choices arising out of the moment, my sessions are a group journey into the heart of embodied ecstacy.
