I was only 22 when I first stepped into a 5Rhythms class and immediately fell in love with the practice and found a new home  A new home in me, a new connection to myself, a new family; the dancefamily I feel deeply deeply grateful for this practice, for all the healing, the insights, all the exploration and also a new sense of belonging, and all the LOVE  I have experienced and found. I immersed myself in the practice for 16 years before I started the teachers training.  Now it is time to share it!
