I have explored and trained in various movement practices in my time, including Dance Psychotherapy at University Master's level. To date, nothing comes close to the tools I have found in the 5rhythms.

The 5rhythms map is a direct route into our psyche. A route that enables us to process out what is no longer of use to us, whilst moving-us, repeatedly, out of fear-inherent inertia, to ecstatic connection. An alchemy the mind alone could never achieve.

I spent 10 years in dedicated practice before stepping onto the teaching path. As a teacher I ran a series of classes for women in Bristol and covered teachers' classes around the UK, for another 5 years, before arriving at my destined place of service. 

Today I am humbled and excited to be offering this powerful medicine in my homeland Qatar.
