5RITMOS - Constelaciones familiares y pinceladas de movimiento auténtico.

Movimiento, raíces, expresión!

Un fin de semana de exploración, presencia y conexión profunda

En este workshop utilizaremos el mapa de los 5Ritmos para abrir los portales de nuestro cuerpo y conectar con cada uno de los arquetipos que se hayan en cada uno de los ritmos y permitir que emerja toda la información que se haya allí retenida.

Las constelaciones familiares nos ayudarán a través del cuerpo a que emerja y nos permita recopilar esta información que viaja a través de nosotrxs y que pertenece a nuestros ancestros.

Habrá círculos inspirados en el movimiento auténtico para obtener información del subconsciente

En Fluido me rindo a mi origen. Tierra - madre

En Staccato honro la voz que heredé. Fuego - Padre

En caos suelto lo que no es mío - Agua - Espíritu rebelde

En Lírico libero mi linea ancestral. Aire - Celebrar la vida

En Quietud Agradezco y descanso en mi linaje. Eter - Espíritu Sagrado

Revisaremos nuestras relaciones durante nuestras etapas vitales y a través del mapa de los 5Ritmos rescataremos información retenida en el cuerpo y la pondremos al servicio de la danza.

Movement, roots, expression!

Activate your body, connect with your roots, and free yourself through dancing! Explore what you have inherited and transform it into presence and energy. Dance your origin!

A weekend of exploration, presence, and deep connection

In this workshop, we will use the 5 Rhythms map to open the portals of our body and connect with each of the archetypes found in each of the rhythms, allowing all the information retained there to emerge.

Family constellations will help us emerge through the body and allow us to gather this information that travels through us and belongs to our ancestors.

There will be circles inspired by authentic movement to obtain information from the subconscious.

In Fluido, I surrender to my origin. Earth - Mother

In Staccato, I honor the voice I inherited. Fire - Father

In chaos, I release what is not mine. Water - Rebel Spirit

In Lyric, I release my ancestral line. Air - Celebrate life.

In Stillness, I give thanks and rest in my lineage. Ether - Sacred Spirit

We will review our relationships during our life stages and, through the 5 Rhythms map, we will retrieve information retained in the body and put it at the service of dance.
