A full day to connect into what is instinctive, how we sense the world, meeting others without words. Following the 5Rhythms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and stillnessIn a world of increasing disconnection we will spend the day getting to know ourselves via the gateways of the body - giving ourselves the space to feel the sensations inside the skin - feeling into the tender parts of ourselves as well as the glorious strong parts - the better we know ourselves the more able we can be in relationship with others - indeed the better we know ourselves the more compassion we feel for all other living beings .
Its amazing how much our body can get out of a days's deep dive - and when the body feels settled and relaxed, so does our mind ...
