The Heartbeat map is an intimate journey to recognize how our "emotional body" shaped us and how it keeps us in a tight corset.

This exploration allows us to see more clearly when we hold back or when we give permission to our true feelings, real feelings, real emotions, fear or anger ... to be and to exist in a secure and nonjudgmental space.

This investigation then gives us strength and grounding to let go and finally loosen our corset.
