### The 5Rhythms® – an embodied and spiritual path

The 5Rhythms® (Flowing · Staccato · Chaos · Lyrical · Stillness®), as both practice and method, offer a strong embodied grounding that creates waves through your being and into the way you move through life and everyday living.

Each rhythm is a portal to five different aspects of your soul:

**Flowing** teaches you to stand grounded and flexible, to be present with your inner life, and to move fluidly in body and mind. Your capacity to receive and surrender awakens and strengthens.

**Staccato** teaches you to anchor in your center, to stand firm, to express what is in your heart—your truth and passion—set boundaries, and voice your needs.

**Chaos** teaches you to let go of the mind, thoughts, and outdated beliefs; to set stuck energy into circulation; to open to your wildness and the unpredictable and uncontrollable; and to let your trust in life’s magic and inherent support grow.

**Lyrical** invites you to lift your gaze and open your heart, rising toward new visions and a greater sense of connection with everything around you. Ecstasy opens, and magic can flow in.

**Stillness** opens the mystical and magical space within you, opening to the infinite and the eternal—to sensing your connection to a creative force beyond yourself, where self-image and identity lose significance and the source from which life springs is given fullness.

Through the rhythms, you set the soul in motion, sink deeper into the body’s wisdom, and open to a more intuitive way of being in life.

### The Shadows

The rhythms also have shadows, which we all know in different ways: inertia, rigidity, confusion, distance, and numbness. Shadows thrive best in darkness—in silence, shame, and the realm of taboos.

We allow the shadows to be seen and met, bringing them into the light so they lose their power over us.

### Your Life

In your everyday life, you will be able to make decisions more aligned with who you are and what is right for you. This will positively influence your relationships and strengthen your connection to LIFE and to what is greater than us.

Step by step, dance by dance, your life becomes deeper, wider, and higher.

### The Magic of the Group

Something special happens when we move together.

A space is created where the body awakens, energy lifts, and something within us expands.

Meeting in the same group again and again creates safety, attentiveness, and mutual support, making it possible to enter your process more intimately and consciously. The group reflects, mirrors, and meets who you are. There is room for a more honest exploration, and your development is amplified.

For this reason, the program is open to those who can commit to all 8 modules.

This dedication and devotion create the magic of the group.

Between modules, you will receive an email from me with an invitation to reflect on your development, awareness, and focus—offering a sense of support and helping you stay committed to your process.

Participation requires that you have danced at least 10 hours of 5Rhythms® with a certified 5Rhythms® teacher.

**8 Tuesdays** from **17 February to 9 June 2026** (Tuesdays in even-numbered weeks, except 31/3 during Easter):

**Price:** DKK 5,995 incl. VAT

(Early payment by 30 December 2025: DKK 4,800 excl. VAT)

Payment in **3 installments of DKK 2,050** is possible by arrangement (from 1 January 2026).

**Add-on:** Individual sessions can be booked at a reduced rate during the program (DKK 600 instead of DKK 850).
