For many years, this unique New Year´s workshop has offered people the opportunity to step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and into a deeper space – where movement and creativity stills the mind and taps into your intuition.

Participants describe the day as “magical”, “an essential part of an annual preparation” and even as “a change in the New Year´s Eve itself”.

The 5Rhythms dance is the core of the workshop. The movement opens up a space that we don´t necessarily manage to connect with in our daily life: The mind becomes still and clear, the body let´s go of tension and you step out of the organizing mind and into a deeper connection with yourself. There you get a clearer view of what has changed you in the year that´s passing – and what you want to call in for 2026.

With the words of one of the previous participants: „In the “In the dance I create a new space and step into the uncertainty – and usually something unexpected happens.“

The vision board is then the tool that keeps supporting you throughout the coming year. People say that the vision board became a compass, a “beautiful reminder of a good life” and even helped with big decisions about priorities, changes and stepping into new roles.

You:

- look back with gratitude and clarity,

- choose your guiding light or vision, a word or a sentence for the new year

- hear briefly about a general horoscope, applicable to all signs,

- create your own, unique vision board,

- dance for a new space, new energy and new pathways.

After the workshop you will get emails four times a year, at equinoxes and solstices – to support you and remind you of what you chose to nourish.

ONLINE WORKSHOP INCLUDED

Included in the price is an online workshop the day before, from 11am – 12.30pm. You can use that for preparation, by looking over the year that is passing and start to explore a guiding light and objectives for the new year.
