La carte du niveau Heartbeat est un parcours intime pour reconnaître comment notre ‘’corps émotionnel’’ nous a donné forme et comment il nous maintient dans un corset trop étroit.Cette exploration nous permet de voir plus clairement quand nous retenons ou quand nous donnons permission a nos vrais sentiments, vraies sensations, vraies émotions, peur ou colère… dans un espace sécurisant et sans jugement.
Cette investigation nous donne alors force et ancrage pour lâcher prise et enfin desserrer notre corset. Ha…quel soulagement !
La rencontre du corps et de l’émotion nous conduit naturellement dans la voix du cœur : un corps vivant et un cœur émotionnellement vivant.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
