You are invited to take a journey through the Wave of 5Rhythms to a sacred place in yourself. We will dance on and on, progressing on earth to ecstasy. Dance pilgrimage is a physical journey for your soul. We will dance both inwards with our own sacred centre and outside with other dancers, connecting with the world outside of us, seeking for simple and powerful connection by giving and receiving attention. We are all in this together. There are many reasons why to go on pilgrimage: to seek for inspiration, to find a new perspective, to purify your heart, to pray for peace of your own mind and peace on Earth, to have time and place to focus and concentrate on specific intention, to meditate and take the road as a spiritual path, to have an adventure, to connect your body, heart and mind, to keep yourself moving as everything else is moving, to find out why you are here, to follow your intuition, or just because you like to be "on the road".NOTAS
Previous 5Rhythms experience is recommended. Friday evening is an open Waves class and a part of the weekend workshop. Workshop is led in English.
Prices: 200 Euro full price. For early booking until 10th of January, price is 170 Euro, with non-refundable deposit of 70 Euro. Working price is 120 Euro.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
