The intention of this series is to more deeply explore the map of the 5Rhythms, and how they move through our lives, both on and off the dance floor. We will do this through meditation, partner exercises, witness work, as well as our own dance practice.
NOTAS
Please plan to arrive 10 min. early before each session. Bring a water bottle, cushion or blanket and a journal to each session.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
