5Rhythms ongoing

Rhythm connects us all.

Everything has got rhythm. The earth turning around the sun has got rhythm. People have got rhythm. Can we connect to this inner beat of ourselves? Can we make music with the rhythm of others? And can we connect with the rhythm of the sun?

During this ongoing of these 3 weekends we will dance the 5rhythms: music will put our feet in motion and will shake our bones. When we let music and movement get together, in dance they become one. In this unified field we find silence. Without silence no rhythm, without rhythm no silence.

We listen to the silence and to our inner rhythms which direct our lives as belief systems. The silence allows these inner belief systems to shift into different, more helpful and funky patterns.

This ongoing counts as 2 weekends WAVES and 1 weekend HEARTBEAT level for the 5Rhythms training.

The group has a max of 18 dancers.

l ritmo nos conecta.

Todo tiene ritmo. La tierra alrededor del sol tiene ritmo. Las personas tenemos nuestro ritmo.

¿Podemos conectarnos con nuestro propio latido interno?

¿Podemos hacer música con el ritmo de otros?

¿Y podemos conectar con los ritmos de las naturaleza?

Tres fines de semana para bailar 5Ritmos: la música moverá tus pies y sacudirá tus huesos. Cuando se juntan la música y el movimiento, en danza se convierten en uno. En este campo unificado encontramos el silencio. Sin silencio no hay ritmo, sin ritmo no hay silencio.

Escuchamos el silencio y nuestros ritmos internos que dirigen nuestras vidas como sistemas de creencias. El silencio permite que estas creencias den paso a diferentes patrones más útiles y gozosos.

Es un taller que cuenta como nivel waves y heartbeat para la formación de 5 ritmos.
