DESCRIPCION

When we dance the 5Rhythms we clear out and make space deep down inside our bones, inside our cells and at the very centre of our bodies. We make space for this timeless, egoless state of being that can be called ecstasy. 

In this state of being we stop caring about how our body looks, or what it can and cannot do. We go beyond stories that inhibit us, beyond old habits and patterns that keep us locked into the same old dances.

We are being danced.

Sometimes it’s just for a fleeting moment and sometimes we get to hang out for longer, swept up into something bigger than ourselves. 

In this workshop we will use the map of the 5Rhythms to explore the movement of our bodies and then we will go deeper into how this map can be applied to consciousness as well as physical movement. Guiding us from being unconscious in our bodies to ecstatically conscious in our bodies.

Beginners and experienced dancers are equally welcome
