This 5Rhythms Dance series is designed to take a deeper look at how the universal rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness flow through our lives. In this series we will dance with the question of how we create patterns in our lives, and how we can transform these patterns into new ways of being and moving. This series is open to all, although some prior 5Rhythms experience is an asset.NOTAS
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of each class. Bring a water bottle, journal, pen, and cushion or blanket to be comfortable sitting on the floor.. Each class will combine movement with other modalities - journalling, meditation, and ritual theatre to name a few.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
