RECLAIMING HEALTHY MASCULINITY USING 5RHYTHMS DANCE, CREATIVE PROCESS & HONOURING RITUAL.
~ Along with dancing 5Rhythms & diving into creative process work, we will spend time in nature, share in delicious food & sit by the sacred fire enjoying the quiet simplicity of male togetherness. We will also incorporate a powerful & transformational honouring ritual.
~ This retreat is fully residential and will take place at Sambogaya, an exquisite newly renovated retreat centre that sits at the base of Chalice Hill in the heart of Glastonbury.
~ It will be held in the spirit of gentleness & permission. Nobody will be pushed to do work that they do not choose to do.
• Thursday 6pm-Sunday 4pm
• £495 Fully residential.
• 12 places only.
• The venue is a private retreat centre 2 mins walk from the top of Glastonbury High Street.
• Booking inquiries open to anyone who identifies as male.

FLOW ~ THE LOVER: We’ll speak & move from the heart however we are. By meeting each other in this way we establish a ground of trust & a sense of belonging to something that can hold & honour us in both our light & our shadow.
STACCATO ~ THE WARRIOR: We will tighten the container by inviting & supporting each other to embody & express a ruthless honesty while addressing (through movement & ritual) the ancient question: what lies in the way of me being the man I truly wish to be?’
CHAOS ~ THE MAGICIAN: We will lovingly hold the space for each man to let go into their sensitively facilitated deep transformational work.
LYRICAL ~ THE KING: We will honour the uncensored sacred humanity in our selves & in each man, inviting & inspiring each other to clear the way through movement & voice for an ever deepening expression of our life’s work.
STILLNESS ~ THE SPIRIT: We will remember the bigger picture & allow our weekend’s work to find its rightful place in our body & psyche, modelling the warrior’s art of self forgiveness as we release each other to spread our wings & shine our light in the world.
