Reclaiming healthy masculinity through 5Rhythms Dance, Creative Process & Ritual. An inspirational retreat for men who wish to dance, heal & reclaim their innocence and vitality. Topics will include: cultivating honesty, healing our shame, honouring our essence, learning to walk our talk, and rediscovering our embodied sense that the world is a safe space in which we are meant to thrive.

Francis has been teaching 5Rhythms since completing his training with Gabrielle Roth in 2005. He initiated into the Mankind Project in the same year and has worked extensively with them. He has led men’s groups & is deeply passionate about using movement to heal the personal & ancestral shame that men often hold. In June 2023 he underwent a Bwiti initiation in Gabon which deepened his capacity to work effectively in the realms of the shadow. Sambogaya is Francis' exquisite new Retreat Centre in Glastonbury. The centre is surrounded by beautiful countryside, just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. During the retreat we will make the short walk to the historic White Spring to take an optional dip in the sacred water. There will also be ample opportunity to take the 20 minute walk through the countryside to Glastonbury Tor.
