AT THE STUNNING HEBDEN BRIDGE SANCTUARY

An invitation to allow nature’s song to touch & transform our moving breathing body. Listening to nature reminds us of a sacred knowing within our deepest being & when we allow that knowing to be experienced, expressed, explored and expanded into, we open to a renewed sense of empowerment and purpose.
We will spend much of this retreat moving and breathing with raw earth, sacred fire, fresh river and clean air within the stunning Hardcastle Craggs forest which is on the doorstep of our exquisite venue The Hebden Bridge Sanctuary.
Outside of our movement sessions we will enjoy bathing in the giant cedar wood hot tub, shedding skins in the sauna, relaxing in our beautiful underfloor heated movement shala & sharing in wholesome meals together.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
