We human beings live in chaotic times. This can be challenging on many levels, and not so easy to navigate on our own. Where do we direct our attention, what do we act on, with whom?

Furthermore, how can we contribute from our hearts?

Ancient traditions offer powerful rituals where people come together to share, to support each other, to dance and to celebrate. So that their personal power can quicken into manifestation and contribution.

And this is exactly what we are going to do during this long week end.

Something might already be ripening inside of us, preparing to be birthed. Our personal power can become clearer as we witness each other. A quickening can be facilitated by gathering in circles, letting the movements of our bodies and our hearts lead us to the next insights, actions, and transformations. We will explore the art of shifting to access our life energy and enrich our perspectives. We will practice in nature on Saturday morning.

Together we can become the catalyzers that we are. Celebrating and rejoicing in the possibility to co-create with life.

This workshop provides a unique opportunity to experience your dance through two different teachers weaving together 5Rhythms and a systemic approach. The practice does not aim at any aesthetic result, nor does it require any particular physical ability or experience. Only the intention to be present moment after moment and to give shape to the life that passes through us matters!
