DESCRIPCION

Sometimes what we are good at doing is handy, sometimes we feel trapped in how we manage a situation or a relationship and we wish we could find new and more appropriate answers.  Sometimes we just know we are not expressing the whole of ourselves in our daily life.   

Beyond the “same old, same old”, beyond the roles we act every day, beyond the moves we already know…  there is a whole universe  of creativity and uncharted territories. 

 

We’ll use the 5 Rhythms map to explore and relate to the old patterns and the unveiled parts of ourselves. We’ll  let each other be mirrors of our spontaneous moves, play and express what is true for us moment after moment and contribute fully in the group. We’ll shapeshift in being alive.

 

A journey in movement to meet ourselves and unfold our true essence, our patterns and gifts to the world. A journey to integrate our whole being and re-create ourselves again and again as life takes us on its amazing ride. A journey to expand beyond what we thought was even possible.
