This 5Rhythms intensive will focus exclusively on the first rhythm of flowing. By taking the time to practice and explore the different aspects of flowing we will set ourselves up to unravel into our true flow.

No experience is required. Beginners welcome!

NOTAS
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Most people prefer dancing barefoot but ballet slippers and jazz dance shoes are also an option. No street shoes are allowed in the studio - please check with the organizer if you need to wear sneakers.
Gibney Dance Studio policies: Masks are optional in the studios but are required in all common areas. Proof of vaccination is no longer required at Gibney.
