n this age of never ending technological evolution, endless choices and global information we may be feeling overwhelmed and unconsciously blocking the body from flowing with the beauty of life's unpredictable dance. Are you resisting dancing through the unpredictable rhythms of life? There is nothing to resist but resistance itself. The 5Rhythms movement practice opens us up to embracing the various rhythms that inevitably come our way: Learn to move gracefully into and out of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. We will explore the spaciousness of each rhythm and the mysterious Dharma lessons hidden within. We will dance through our stuck patterns and unhealed wounds while collectively creating a safe and grounded space that guides us into accepting our body's wisdom of pure knowing.
