Embodying the emotional intelligence of the Heart.
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
Grounding our joy with our breath, whilst using the 5Rhythms first map, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness.
My approach to this workshop is to be gentle, kind, non judgemental, allowing YOU to work with what comes up naturally, moving at a pace that suits you.
What wants to be seen, heard, released, witnessed?
It's here that we receive the medicine of this practice.
NOTAS
The invitation is to bring healthy food to share, or if you have different dietry needs, bring your own food that supports you. I'll make a hearty organic soup using vegetables in season
