Let’s gather to whisper and circle from the ground our rites of restoration.
Let’s stand and shout to rally the forces that revitalize our spirited dreams into creative realities.Let’s surrender our bones to the beat that can hold it all and regenerate our faith in the mystery.
Let’s deliver our stories from the heart of the feet to resurrect the light and shadows that seep, shine and soars through us.

Rooted in the Waves Map with live, interactive and in the moment explorations in a grounded container, and concentrated in 5Rhythms Ritual Theater perspectives Lorca and Dagmar will invoke this dynamic practice’s principal: If you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor. Setting your compass for the unpredictable come and be prepared for individual and collective fascination, radical unity and edgy grace.

Refund Policy
Payment, cancellation and liability policy
The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payment. Number of participants is limited. The registration is valid after the full amount of the workshop fee has been transferred to the given bank account in time and a completed registration form has been sent to the organiser and participation is confirmed. When transferring money on the given bank account it is necessary to add workshop title + name of participant. Any bank charges related to transfers will be incurred by the participant.
CANCELLATION
CANCELLATION FEE: Until 4 weeks before the event: 50 € cancellation fee. Until 14 days before the event: 150 €.
On cancellation after the 14th day before the event or non-attendance you will have to pay the full amount unless you find somebody in exchange. If a replacement is registered (regular price), participant will receive a full refund minus 50€ processing fee. Leaving the event ahead of time does not lead to a refund of money. When the course has to be cancelled by our side we refund the entire course fee paid. We disclaim any responsibility for other costs.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
