We shall follow the maps and tune into the frequencies of the 5Rhythms, the elements and the Chakras.

There will be shared lunches and dinners, a fire ceremony, walking on the land, the option of wild swimming, and much more.

Fell Edge Barn is nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot between the undulating meadows of the Yorkshire Dales and the expansive open moorland of Ilkley Moor. The venue has a lovely spacious dancefloor, well-equipped kitchen, toilets and showers, and acres of land to camp on with stunning views (£5/night). Or if preferred, there is a plenty of accommodation locally to choose from to meet your preference and budget. 

I will be co-leading this retreat with Shamanic Healing practitioner Emmalene Katayama, who has a private practice in Yorkshire as well as teaching complementary therapies and holding seasonal retreats and group meditations.
