Staccato motivates, defines, organizes and protects us. It calls us to feel and express what’s true; to communicate clearly; to challenge whatever’s not working; to take right action; to focus; to support and protect and connect with what we love. In this workshop we’ll practice shaping and connecting with the world around us. We will root down into the beat. Grounded in the strength of Staccato, the power of our feelings and the wisdom of our feet, we’ll invite ourselves full-heartedly into the dance.
