In this workshop we will expand our physical practice with the possibility of embodying more of our hearts, moving through the parts of our own hearts that may feel a little stuck or blocked. Through the dance we give more space to feel and welcome all that we feel. The 5Rhythms Heartbeat map gives us a container and space to dance with our hearts. Pls note this workshop is open to those who have spent some time in the Waves level of the 5Rhythms® practice.

 

Drop In

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
