Transitions are thresholds where transformation happens — the shifting ground from one rhythm into the next, from one emotion into another. These in-between spaces hold power, mystery, and the invitation to awaken.We will journey through both the Waves and Heartbeat maps of the 5Rhythms practice, weaving body and emotion into one continuum of awareness.
We start with the body — exploring how the 5Rhythms flow into one another, each one supporting and transforming the next. Then we turn toward the heart — exploring how emotions move like waves through us, how Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy, and Compassion are connected, and how each opens the way for the next.
This workshop is an opportunity to dance with the unknown places of transition — in body, in heart, in life.
Step into the dance, and let’s meet in the mystery of what awakens when movement and emotion come together.

PRERQUISITES:
Previous 20 hours or 1 weekend workshop of Waves level experience is needed.
This workshop contributes a total of 1,5 Waves days and 1 Heartbeat day towards the Teacher Training.

Friday: 18:30 – 21:00
Saturday: 11:00 – 18:00
Sunday: 10:30 – 17:00

Full price: 240 €
