이 워크샆은 5리듬의 가장 기본인 빛과 그림자에 초점을 두고 있다

우리의 몸, 마음, 정신이 각각의 리듬에 깊게 들어갔을때

빛과 그림자 양극 사이에 드러나는 우리들의 움직임을 인식하게 된다

긴장에서 안정으로

무기력에서 충만감으로

가식에서 진실로

억압에서 자유를 향한 움직임들!

우리의 삶을 짓누르는 그림자의 무게에서 벗어나

우리의 일상이 빛과 같이하기 위한 매우 흥미로운 시간이 될것이다.
