Our starting point is always the dance, always the present moment. We are held by the map of the 5Rhythms® as a practice & a moving lens through which we can experience ourselves, one another and the world around us as a fluid, connected field. Grounded in the body we will explore dancing into the waves of creative potential that I believe are waiting within each of us. We will explore how the dance can open more space for creative expression and ways in which we can meet materials.
