To feel what you need, see more clearly on your path, let go of what you no longer need, create, and infuse, inspire your next steps.

One step at a time, with yourself, with the other one, with the group.

We’ll let the power of the dance guide us to go through.

No experience needed, everyone welcomed.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
