In this workshop we will give space to the timing of how each of us ‘unfolds’ in our own unique journeys of expression through the dance.We will bring some focus to the Rhythm of Staccato and the steady pulse of energy that ignites our own heart(s) of truth. The dance gives us pathways to move and to express that which is waiting within us; the breath of life moving through us.The 5Rhythms is our map into this physical landscape of exploration. Rather than a map which we follow to get somewhere, the map supports us in being here now with ‘what is’. This ‘now’ is unfolding from moment to moment.
