The Wondering Heart“ the power of seeing”
Do we want to stay in the dichotomy of good and bad, nice and not nice or can we get curious enough to go around, between, in and over all that we think that is true?
So we can start to see what is behind all that we think we know.
Most of the time we classify our feelings as good or bad, nice or not nice but what if we start wonder?. Detaching ourselves from “the norm” and our own convictions
A dance with possibilties and the mystery will arise and bring us the freedom and space we need to be ourselves. Alive, curious, playful and flexible even in our darkest moments.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
