A physical workshop based on the movements of animals. What can we learn from the animal world about moving? What messages will come to us when we fully open our senses to the animal realm?Shapeshift, move and dance and receive the gifts of our spirit animals.
NOTAS
although it is a pretty physical workshop every body can join. the excersis can be adjusted so they fit all bodyshapes and states.
