Emerging WavesA 5Rhythms® class offered by a Teacher in Training
Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythm class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts giving space for your personal expression.
Music becomes the teacher alongside the trainee, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal.
Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor - opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.
This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms - one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another's freedom and authenticity.

The 2nd floor rehearsal rooms are accessible by lift or stairs.
Bring clothes you can move comfortably in (changing facilities available), some water, your breath and curiosity.
Doors open 9.45am, warmup starts at 10am, last entry to class is 10.20am.
We ask attendees to be mindful of strong fragrances. We advise against wearing jewellery. You can go barefoot, or indoor shoes only - no socks please (we don't want you to slip!)
Chairs are available in the dance space if you need to use them.
There is space in the hallway to leave bags etc, but we cannot guarantee the safety of valuables - there is some limited space inside our room to bring valuables in if it cannot be avoided :-)
Refund Policy
Cancellation with full refund available up to 24 hours before the class.
Tickets can be transferred up until 1hr before class.
