Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms®️ Teacher in Training where you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth,
