This 5Rhythms® Dance series is designed to take a deeper look at how the universal rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness flow through our lives. In this series we will dance with the question of how we create patterns in our lives, and how we can transform these patterns into new ways of being and moving. This series is open to all, although some prior 5R experience is an asset.BILJEŠKE
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of each session. Please bring a water bottle, a journal and pen, and a cushion/blanket for sitting on the floor. Each class will include a combination of movement and other modalities - journalling, meditation, and ritual theatre to name a few!
