Pflanze oder Tier, das Bedürfnis nach genährt sein ist das Gleiche. Im Grunde geht es um Nahrung, einen sicheren Ort, und Gemeinschaft. In unserer menschlichen Welt scheint es schnell komplex und voller Kompromisse, und doch bleibt es dasselbe: Nahrung, ein sicherer Ort, und Gemeinschaft.Die Frage ist: Was nährt dich wirklich? Indem wir unserer Bedürfnisse klar werden und sie zum Ausdruck bringen, können wir mehr Ehrlichkeit uns und anderen gegenüber leben.
In „Nahrhaft“ werden wir mit dieser Frage tanzen, bewegen und meditieren, der 5Rhythmen®-Landkarte folgend. Wir werden uns gegenseitig den Inhalt, den Raum und die Zeit schenken, um genährt zu werden und zu reflektieren. Wir werden Zeit haben für das ICH, das DU und das WIR. Wir werden Zeit haben für das Zuhören und das Ausdrücken. Es wird nahrhaft sein.

Plant or animal, the need for nourishment is the same. Basically it is food, shelter and community. In our human world it quickly seems complex and full of compromises and yet it remains the same: Food, shelter and community.
The question is: What really nourishes you? In becoming clear and showing up in our needs we can step into more honesty towards self and others.
In „Nahrhaft“ we will Dance, Move and Meditate with this question, following the 5rhythms®-map. We will offer each other the content, the space and the time to be nourished and to reflect. We will have time for the Self, the Other and the Group. We will have time for listening and expressing. It will be nutritious.
BILJEŠKE
Ausgleich: early bird CHF 490.- bis 10. April 2023, danach CHF 540.- (inkl. Workshop, Unterkunft, Essen). Übernachtung in Mehrbettzimmer.
Ort: Galleli, Alpach 1, 6182 Escholzmatt/LU (Escholzmatt ist mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Vom Bahnhof führt ein Fussweg in 8 Minuten zum Galleli. Das Galleli ist das Haus südlich vom Alpbach.)

Date/Time: Mai 12 – 14, 2023, Friday 17:00 to Sunday 15:30
Costs: early bird CHF 490.- until April 10, 2023, thereafter CHF 540.- (incl. workshop, accommodation, food). Lodging in shared rooms.
Location: Galleli, Alpach 1, 6182 Escholzmatt/LU (Escholzmatt is reachable with public transport. From the station it takes 8 minutes on a footpath to Galleli. Galleli is the house to the south of the Alpbach.)
