DESCRIPTION
Come join our lovely group of friendly dancers. A 5Rhythms dance floor is a non-judgemental and permissive space where you are invited to explore what happens when you get out of your own way (i.e. when you let go of ideas about who you think you are) and put your body into motion. There are no steps to follow and complete beginners are welcome.NOTES
This is a drop-in class i.e. no need to pre-book. Cost is £20 on the door.
