A weekly class, set in a beautiful, warm yoga studio off Holywood High Street. Each week we explore the 5 Rhythms practice, following the inspirations of the season. A warm & friendly class, for both beginners to 5 Rhythms & experienced movers alike.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
